Selling Surplus Finished Goods (FG) Flow

Admin Matches Surplus against Shortfall

Admin negotiates price with Buyer and offers to Seller

Buyer places order to Solarsphere

Solarsphere places order to Seller

Solarsphere raises PI to Buyer for 10% Payment

Buyer pays 10 % to admin

Admin / Seller block product on Solarsphere portal

Product is not blocked in case of no advance payment

Solarsphere connects Buyer with TPIA

a. Solarsphere recommends that Buyer places own TPIA / recommended TPIA for inspecting FG / Raw Material before making 100% payment.
b. This helps building trust and avoiding any conflict at later stage.
c. TPIA cost has to be borne by Buyer

Buyer place own / recommended TPIA at site / in the mill

a. TPIA finds that product is fit for use.
i. Solarsphere raises GST invoice to Buyer
ii. Buyer pays balance 90% amount and 100% GST to Solarsphere
iii. Buyer asks seller to pack and keep material ready
iv. Buyer places truck at own cost
1. In case of small packets, seller send product by courier at own cost
v. Seller takes product delivery Ex-works
vi. In-transit insurance is taken care by Buyer
b. TPIA finds that product is not fit for use
i. In case Buyer had made advance payment, amount is returned to Buyer and product is unblocked
ii. Solarsphere takes up with Seller to delist the product from portal.

In case of transaction takes place, product is delivered to Buyer’s Site

Seller gets payment within 48 hrs of Buyer accepting goods receipt in Yard.

Solarsphere Admin / Seller marks listing as sold online.

Selling Surplus Scrap Flow

Admin negotiates price with Buyer and offers to Seller

Solarsphere places order to Seller

Material is blocked on portal by Seller / Admin

Buyer asks seller to keep scrap ready

Buyer gives 100% Payment to Solarsphere

Buyer places trucks and takes Ex-works delivery.

a. In-transit insurance is taken care by Buyer

Buyer takes delivery of scrap

Solarsphere pays to Seller

Solarsphere Admin / Seller marks listing as sold Online
