- 4The buyer manages logistics, shipping, unloading, and delivery.
- 5The buyer is responsible for all interstate or intrastate regulatory compliance, including e-way bills.
- 6The buyer ensures final delivery to the destination.
- 7Proper Purchase Orders must be issued, acknowledged and accepted for order execution.
- 8Seller is responsible for loading / delivery of goods on EXW basis.

EXW terms minimize seller-side logistics responsibilities.
Risk Transfer
Buyers assume all transportation risks once goods leave the seller’s premises.
